Terms of service

Quotes

A quote describes the work, the deliverables, the price and the planning. It is valid for 30 days. A project starts once the quote is accepted in writing and, where agreed, the deposit is paid.

Scope and changes

We deliver what the accepted quote describes. Work outside that scope is quoted separately, and we only start it after you agree.

Your input

You provide the content, feedback, approvals and access we need, on time. Delays on your side can move the planning. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you supply, such as texts, photos and logos.

Planning

Timelines are estimates made in good faith. We keep you informed if anything changes.

Payment

Unless the quote says otherwise, 50% is invoiced at the start and 50% at launch. Invoices are payable within 14 days. For business clients, late payments bear interest and a fixed compensation of €40 as provided by the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions. We may pause work while invoices are overdue.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final design and the content we created for you, and you may use, change and host the delivered code as you wish. Open-source components remain under their own licences. We keep our general know-how and reusable tools.

We may show the finished work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

Third-party services

Hosting, domain names, payment providers and other third-party services are subject to the providers’ own terms. Their costs are passed on as agreed in the quote.

After launch

We fix errors in our own work that you report within 30 days after launch, at no extra cost. Changes made by others, third-party services and new features are not included. After that period, support is available through a care plan or at our hourly rate.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, except in case of fraud or intentional fault.

Ending a project

Either party can end a project in writing. Work carried out until then remains payable.

Confidentiality

We keep confidential the information you share with us during a project, and expect the same from you.

Consumers

If you hire us as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of Belgian law apply in addition to these terms, including the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance where it applies.

Using this website

The texts, design and code of this website belong to Mobi. The businesses shown in the demos are concepts created to illustrate our work. We do our best to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee it is always uninterrupted or error-free.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
